Straitgate College, Forthright Gardens, Magboro, came alive with colour, music, and celebration as the school community marked International Women’s Day with a special event that highlighted talent, culture, and the power of women. A major highlight of the celebration was the heartwarming performance by the school’s very own orchestra.
In line with the global theme of International Women’s Day 2025, the event focused on appreciating the remarkable contributions of women and empowering young minds to embrace equality and inclusion. The orchestra, made up of a talented group of students, delivered a stunning performance that captivated the audience and added depth and emotion to the celebration.
